Rawtenstall has a very varied shopping offer. A significant number of stores are located on the central town centre location, Bank Street

The town also has a thriving, authentic and affordable open market and market hall offering a great range of products for everyone. A handful include stalls for; millinery, home interiors, accessories, clothing alterations, vinyl printing, plants and garden supplies, cosmetics, haberdashery, body and bath products and more. There are also several street food vendors, as well as a cafe.
