Rossendale has a diverse range of local producers providing top quality ingredients and products to the catering industry. Andy Holt’s multi award winning Real Lancashire Black Pudding is used by some of the UKs best celebrity chefs; try the vegetarian ‘V Pud’, genius.

Sample the ‘Stubbylee Special’ chutney prepared by Derek Jones at Heritage Kitchen Preserves, the fresh locally grown ingredients has no more than half a food mile on it… making it truly locally produced.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, the Fudge Village is an award winning producer of the good stuff, see Nick Edwards turn ingredients into a tasty treats.  Savour a well earned rest in the Fudge Bistro and feast your eyes on over 23 varieties of fudge, your willpower will be challenged.

Cissy Green’s meat pies are world famous, Barry Howarth get up at ??am to begin the 200 year old recipe baking process… nibble the new Rossendale Cake which is taking Germany by storm.

Riley’s are another award winning producer; Paula & Geoff Riley retail some of the most magnificent meats you will find.  Their sausages using Heritage Kitchen Preserves chutney was a sure winner, bringing together two of Rossendale’s finest.
